Brought my car in because had an issue starting up my car. Since I was already at the shop, asked "Sean/Shawn" to see what else they could do for my car as I would need to have my car pass for registration. Very courteous and professional.

AsianImports is a repair shop that I'm going to stick with. There are so many differences between Jim and his team from other repair shops. I could tell immediately how much pride they take in their work as well as just how good they are. I'm not surprised that they have won so many awards in the past. When I initially brought in my car, they had no idea of the story that was behind the need to find a repair team to help me maintain the last attachment to my wife of 20 years, who I lost to cancer in 2020. The initial diagnostic was packed with solid reasons I should proceed with necessary repairs to my Toyota with 200,000 miles of memories. I went with what I could afford, which was enough to get "her" back on the road. Though I will sadly be parting ways with my Toyota for a newer partner on the road, I will keep AsianImports in my back pocket as a new trusted friend to keep me safe and sound on what have become potentially dangerous roads in the future. Thank you, Jim You have one awesome team.

I was referred to Asian imports after having a bad experience at another shop, and have since been a customer for about 4 years now. Sean (head manager) is always honest and fair with me, and I recommend this place to all of my friends. They work on a lot of brands and have worked on both my Chevy Traverse and Jaguar.

It was my 1st time there. They were very nice. The only bad thing I can say is the parking is way too crowded!!!!
