I had a great experience at the Asian Imports Auto Henderson location. From the moment I called them to ask for a free inspection to when I walked in the customer service was excellent. Nick and Tyler were both extremely helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were able to finish the job the same day. I also really appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing this is an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop, because you can tell they take pride in their work and stand behind their quality. One of the best parts was the nationwide warranty (24 months / 24,000 miles in parts and labor), which is amazing and shows they truly guarantee their work. On top of that, I was grateful to receive a 10% AAA discount as a member, which was a great bonus. Overall, Im very happy with their service, and Ill definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family and friends.

Asian Imports is my go to repair shop. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy. For me, a single woman, that is very important. They do not try to upsell or do repairs that are not needed. They go over everything with you before and after repairs. They will continue to get my business.

I initially took my Ford Explorer to the dealership for a diagnostic test, and they quoted me $7,500 in repairs. Unsatisfied, I brought the vehicle to Asia Imports for a second opinion. After performing their own diagnostic test, they identified the real issue and fixed it for $1,400. The original diagnosis from the Ford dealership was incorrect. My car is now running perfectly. Thank you very much.

The staff were really friendly and clear in their communication when it came to my car's inspection. They have a real easy way to approve repairs and did so quickly! The prices are fair and better than the dealership so that was a positive. I would go back!

Asian Imports solved my problem with my car that other shops couldn't. Their service prices are a bit on the high side, but as long as my issue is fixed, I don't my paying it this time. Jim took the time to explain in detail what the repair process was. Thanks Jim. Only thing I would mention is that if you pay by credit card, there is a 3% surcharge, so I paid cash. I would recommend they accept Zelle as another form of payment. It is free for the business owner and for the customer. Also there is a $75 off coupon over $700 which I've found out after I paid, which was not mentioned to me. But overall, good work by Jim and his crew.

We have had our vehicles repaired here for several years. Each time we receive a no-nonsense estimate that does not change- analytics of other optional services and approval required for any further price increase vs bid. This company is professional, completes work as expected and offers a point system for future repair credit. Jim is always attentive and listens. A trusted choice for any customer.
