My son for several years had his car serviced at Asian Motors. He was always satisfied with the shop. When I purchased a 2023 Ridgeline, I went to several other shops with discount offers. yet, I was never sure of the quality, so my son suggested going to Asian Motors. Though it was not a discount offer I felt more comfortable with a reliable shop. Also, as a AAA member it's good to know AAA recommended Asian Motors. I won't be using any other shop!

I really appreciate the honesty and customer service here! Even though I still needed to bring the car in, they got me in right away while I waited, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided a clear quote and solution. No frills, all business.They checked my truck, gave me a menu of things that need fixing, with the estimates for each. We selected the ones we wanted to get fixed, and I got the car back, working like new, the next business day. It cost me a pretty penny but I'm sure it would have been much more expensive had I gotten them done at the dealer's shop. Thanks, Asian Imports Plus!

I had appt for my front struts and more importantly a tired engine mount to be replaced . I was called because the parts would take a lot longer than normal. Like everything else currently. I made an appointment for a later date but told ASIAN IMPORTS to text me if my parts whenever my parts arrived. Sure enough 3 days before my scheduled appointment I got a text that morning that they had my parts. Within an hour I had my car there and they promised to have done by end of day. Perfect. It drives great and it cleared my schedule for the remainder of the week. Asian motors still understands customer service. That is rarity nowadays. Bravo!
