Excellent use of the web for reservations, authorization for work, and results from the car's inspection. I went to the Henderson location and found it to be an outstanding professional operation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick service. I like the system they use to send information/pictures about any repairs so you know what’s going on right away. I felt like there were no surprises because they disclosed the service costs upfront when I dropped my vehicle off. Don’t let the business name fool you–they service many types of vehicles, including BMW.

This business (Asian Imports Auto) is a shining example of a good, honest business. They explain exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. They give you options on what is immediately necessary in there opinion to keep your vehicle running safe and well and advise you what future interventions will follow that pattern. Something else I noticed while at the business is that the members are a well oiled machined and work well together. Also, the public waiting area and restrooms were very clean. The face of the business, (Sean) is kind, welcoming and keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle. Thank you all for my experience.

Brought by a 2018 accord sport. Had an ac condensor replaced due to a rock puncture, and a system evac and charge with 1234yf. Total cost under $1500. 2 yr warranty on parts and labor. Dealer quoted over 50% more. These folks are fair, friendly and patient. They didn't try any upsells and were upfront and candid about the diagnosis and price. Sean at the front desk is knowledgeable and courteous. They have a certified honda tech in the shop.Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will DEFINITELY be back for future service. Best repair shop I've experienced so far in LV!
