They made sure to explain everything clearly, and I could really feel the empathy and care they had for my vehicle. While I waited for the routine maintenance, they sent me digital notes and images for any further work they recommended, which I really appreciated. They found a few issues that the dealership had previously pointed out, as well as some new ones that the dealership had missed. Everything seemed fair, transparent, and straightforward—no hidden surprises! Plus, the pricing was way more reasonable compared to the dealership. Needed to get a few things done on my car so I decided to try Asian Auto, Nick was great to explain everything and give me prices for all work to be done, they did a great job and mechanics were friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

Took my car there to have a transmission fluid service. Nick is very friendly and personable to talk to. They found some other things that needed to be repaired and showed pictures which I really loved. The car was in and out in 90 minutes which is great.

Asian Imports was the first place I found when I moved here a year ago. The estimate was fair, but more than I could afford. A few months later, I saved the money I needed and when I explained my financial difficulties, they worked with me and got my estimate down to one I could afford. And they finished all the work in 1 day!! Now my BMW runs like its brand new!! Had to get my tie rods changed out and alignment done in my 71 Datsun 521 and thought I’d give Asian import auto a try. Spoke to Nick about the problems I had and what needed to be done. He was super professional and knowledgeable. Took about a week and half as he was waiting on the parts. Once everything was said and done I came to pick up my truck. Pricing was fair for what needed to be done. Drove home the long way and couldn’t wait to get home and give Nick a call to let him know how much I appreciated the outstanding work. My 50 year old truck drives like it’s brand new. I highly recommend and will be coming back for future repairs when needed. Thanks again Nick and crew!!
