I needed Asian Imports to install 4 new rotors and pads on my 5th gen 4runner. Wasn't sure I would have the parts my Monday but Jim made me an appointment anyway and told me to call if I wasnt going to make it. Very nice to have an accommodating shop like this. Brought it in and a few hours later done. At this time, I am very happy with the work done. I may have found a new mechanic. Thank you Jim and Asian Motors.

Asian Imports employ "Master Mechanics" that have serviced several vehicles that I have owned over the years. They include a Genesis, Lexus, Cadillac, and Mercedes Benz. I recently brought my newly acquired BMW to Asian Imports and received the same excellent quality service at a very fair price. I feel very comfortable taking all my cars to Asian Imports, because they stand by their work and provide excellent customer service, especially by their service manager, Sean.

Sean the service writer is always helpful and discusses the repair options fully. Repairs are well done and trouble free.

Very amiable, and accommodating to scheduling appointments. Service was fantastic with the diagnostic being informative, not excessive. Jim is a stand up guy, web service was very nice too.
