.My first experience with Asian Imports. It took a little bit longer to get my vehicle into the shop than I expected after my appointment time (they thought I was going to be leaving it for the service). As soon as Nick asked if I was going to wait for it, they got it in right away. I needed the A/C checked. Expecting a large expense. I was surprised and delighted that the problem was that the compressor had been disconnected. They didn't even charge me for the inspection. Very impressed with their honesty and the short time it took overall. I will be coming back with future work (for both of my vehicles). GOOD JOB!

Great service and you know your car is going to run great.

They did an excellent job taking care of my Subie. Advised them what I was looking to get done (tranny flush, brake system flush, and possible front CV half shaft replacements due to a leak). They inspected the CVs and advised both were in good shape (including pictures), however the leak was coming from the tranny pan gasket. Much easier fix than what was thought! They had all work completed by the end of the day and my Subie is running great again! You calmed my fears of being screwed over by a mechanic because I’m a woman… thank you!

These guys are the best. I highly recommend this shop. Christian, Nick, & Trevor will take their time to walk you thru all & whatever had to be done with each step of the process. Before & after checking your car in. Was towed in after having problems on a snowboarding trip. Not only did they get me in. They got me back on the road within a couple three hours. Some places I called couldn't even guarantee seeing my car the same day. So it was an easy choice bringing my car here. As busy as they are every day. They got me in swiftly. And got me on my way almost as fast. I didn't have a catastrophic failure. Which I thought I had. Everyone here was very professional & more concerned about doing things right. The shop from the toilet to the work bay is clean, organized, & efficient. Much of the transaction is done on your smartphone. Checking the jobs you want done & signing. Super easy. Please visit this shop & cut thru all the muck that many shops put thru.

Guys were absolutely awesome I was told I had to pay for a repairs as it was supposed to be a warranty repair they helped me out, will be doing all of my maintenance through them now.

Inspection was free and recommendations were given in writing. Having patronized this company before I trusted their recommendations. The job was done under the predicted time. The parts were shown to me with an explanation and timeline of wear. The price was competitive. I would recommend this company.

Maybe my experience is common and that's why so many people are DIY. YOUTUBE must kills these guys.
