Brought my mercedes in because my low coolant light came on. Erwin was very professional and very patient with me, BEST customer service EVER! I will be coming back to get the other repairs done on my car. THANK YOU ERWIN and staff!

Asian Imports was very professional and transparent. I asked for an oil/filter change and to have my tires rotated. They completed the oil change with no issues and called me to suggest I NOT rotate my tires because of the tread wear differential... it made more sense to leave the tires as they were. This was nice of them, and helpful. They could have just done it anyway, charged me, and moved on. I do recommend them.
