Hello first I would like to say I am sorry to hear of the passing of Shaun (Manager). Shaun was a very nice guy and excellent manager and had great knowledge of autos. I went to have my oil changed right when Shaun passed it was pretty crazy that Monday I had 8am apt. Nobody there but mechanics around 9am Michelle showed up and advised me what was going on. I rescheduled and then Nick was now the manager. All I can say is both Nick and Michelle are doing a great job. They both are very polite and both listen to the customers. After dealing with them both I will remain a customer both are great. As far as your service techs they are outstanding. I hope Asian Auto recognizes their lost of Shaun and hope maybe a plaque with his picture could be put up on the wall as recognition of a great person and special worker. See you soon Bob Borofsky

Michelle, Customer Service Agent at Asian Imports Auto, had a smile ready and acknowledged me right when I entered. Great customer service. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Initially, I was going to get a tire balance along with the oil change and rotation. The mechanic told Michelle that a balance wasn’t necessary for this visit. Honesty. It was approximated that the work would be completed in an hour and a half, it was completed in just under an hour. I am very happy, and very satisfied with the price (including coupon) for the work done today. I am very happy and very satisfied with Asian Imports Auto. I will be taking my car here for maintenance during the duration of its existence. Thank you to Michelle for the time and knowledge spent, making my experience smooth, easy going, and stress free. Just a heads up, this is a schedule an appointment type of place.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! I brought my car in for a repair and was scheduled quickly (next day) and was treated great. I definitely be making this my new home base for auto care!

Got recommended to go here by a friend and let’s just say best experience I’ve had they take care of you more better than your ex will anyways Nick and Michelle were amazing talking to me about my car and other stuff and weren’t money hungry so if you are a person like me who isn’t good with cars I recommend going here they will take care of you and won’t suck you dry of your money ask questions and they will help will be going for my oil change thank you guys !!! :)

His input and insights are so helpful to me in deciding what mechanical work needs fixing right away as opposed to other recommended services. I also greatly appreciate that Asian Imports uses photos to back up their diagnostic findings. I had an AC compressor issue that was misdiagnosed at another local garage. I gave my business to Asian Imports because you revealed to me that the original diagnostic for replacing the radiator for a supposed leak was not the problem which your mechanic ruled out the radiator by performing a pressure test of the cooling system. My issue was actually the AC compressor and components which I had done by your shop. In addition, your shop pin-pointed my excessive oil-burning problem. I own a Honda CRV and I feel Asian Imports is frequently more knowledgeable about my Honda's issues than some other mechanics have been.
