Being relatively new to this area..... ladt year I was told by AutoZone after getting an engine check that I needed to see a mechanic immediately!!! They referred me to Asian imports (Maule ave location) where I met Erwin!! He reassured me that they would do a full assessment of my car and I love the text that they send you of everything that needs to be done or what needs attention immediately.!! I could not have been happier with the outcome of my car and the job that these mechanics did on my 2003 Toyota Highlander!!! I just brought it in again for an annual oil change and I had my transmission flushed with new fluid and once again my car runs fabulous!! I only have 147,000 miles on my car but hopefully with the good care that Asian imports has done my car will live to see another 5 to 10 years!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Always great service at Asian Imports

As always, Asian Imports provides the best service and is always reasonable. This is the only place I take both of my cars for any service. People there are so honest. My Ford E-350’s batteries were dead. Asian Imports did a thorough check up and made sure there were no other issues but dead batteries. They then charged the batteries up without suggesting a replacement, as you often get from other shops. I appreciate its honesty and superb service.

As usual, service was wonderful. Always diagnose when I have a problem and do not upsell repairs. Would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Erwin and the mechanics for their help. Not only did they save me headaches from Lexus dealers, they provided excellent service from start to finish. Do not take your Lexus to the dealers, Erwin and his team do it better ask fix only what needs to be fixed.

Fair. Honest. Straightforward. Timely. They inspect, confirm your requested work and/or advise it is something else or not the root cause. Pictures to verify any of their inspection results. They recommend work, are open to discussion, then it is MY/YOUR decision how to proceed. I get to decide what I can afford but based on good auto repair information. Example: I need wheel alignment, they ask what our symptoms, they road test and confirm yeah something ain't right. They jack it up, see torn steering/suspension bushings, and send pics. They recommend solving the cause not just the symptom, and will be unwise and waste of money to do alignment. I do my due diligence on YouTube University from several contributors to learn wtheck a bushing/lower control arm is and how related to steering. Voila! 100% accurate. I bite the bullet, spend the bag, and my Honda Pilot runs better, smoother, with improved fuel economy!
