They were able to give me a basic estimate over the phone before I brought the car in which they were able to get in the next day. The electronic approval process for additional work needed made it quick and easy. All work was done in the same day. Customer service, timing and pricing were all much better than the dealership. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!!!

Really great service here. I came here for a transmission service after getting the runaround at the Infiniti dealership. Not only did Asian Imports perform the service using factory fluid, but they did it at a fair price. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable about my performance hybrid. I appreciate that they give the whole car a look over and didn’t pressure me into a leak repair that they had found. Instead he offered to monitor it while my car is in for regular maintenance. This is the kind of service one needs. Someone who cares enough to give my car the TLC that I do at home. Certainly found my local shop!

Booked online then called Jim was is very professional & honest oil change for my 2012 CT200h Lexus New to area great reviews my Mechanic in Maryland shop also called Asian Import so we are off to a great start quick no leaks alert light left car walked to Albertson Received txt at drop off & completion Definitely 5 star oh Summerlin location
