I happened upon this shop as a result of F….lay Honda service department leaving me on hold 3 times and never returning to the phone. Sean was so nice and they reminded me of another family owned shop in town that is closed called Hondatronics.

Another satisfied visit with Asian Imports SW location. Team was quick and thorough getting my car worked on. Oil change took about 30mins. I like how they’ve upgraded everything to be digital now. Once you check in, they send you a link via text with your estimate and you can sign off to agree. After they have your car, they’ll take pictures and document anything that shows concern, you’ll get another link via text with everything they looked at. Staff here is always great, Erwin at the front desk is great! 10/10 recommend and take advantage of their rewards program to save you money!
