They were able to give me a basic estimate over the phone before I brought the car in which they were able to get in the next day. The electronic approval process for additional work needed made it quick and easy. All work was done in the same day. Customer service, timing and pricing were all much better than the dealership. I had previously taken my Lexus to Sun Auto for a check engine light with the code saying a small leak in EVAP. They said they repaired it. Drove the required miles to reset computer and check engine light came on again. Drove the required miles again…again the check engine light came on. Tired of paying them each time I returned. I decided to check Asian Imports out and Erwin explained that they should have smoked tested the vehicle to determine where the leaks were coming from and I wouldn’t have had to keep returning and paying for a diagnostic. I made an appointment to have Asian Imports diagnosed the problem. He sent me a video of where the smoke was coming from and diagnosed the problem. There was a delay on getting a gasket and hose but my car was completed in a timely fashion and running Smooth. Hopefully after driving the required miles to reset the car computer…the check engine light won’t come back on and I can finally take it to be smog checked. Thanks Erwin and Asian Imports…I’ll be back to have the other needed services.

Booked online then called Jim was is very professional & honest oil change for my 2012 CT200h Lexus New to area great reviews my Mechanic in Maryland shop also called Asian Import so we are off to a great start quick no leaks alert light left car walked to Albertson Received txt at drop off & completion Definitely 5 star oh Summerlin location
