His office and waiting area is always clean, bathroom very clean, r comfortable racing seats (really kool) and there’s even free coffee . I needed Asian Imports to install 4 new rotors and pads on my 5th gen 4runner. Wasn't sure I would have the parts my Monday but Jim made me an appointment anyway and told me to call if I wasnt going to make it. Very nice to have an accommodating shop like this.
