I am happy with the service provided. I don't care for your new coupon idea. Should't need repairs or oil change sooner than 3 months. Seems like I was getting a coupon with expiration dates about a month or two after I had my car services. Thus, by the time I needed service again, my coupon had expired. Liked the old way with longer expiration dates.

THEY DO HONEST AND GOOD WORK.

I have used Asian Imports since they started their business and they are very reliable. Once when the Buick Dealership could not find the infrequent problem, Asian did.

This guys are professionals, the shop is beautifull and organized, they dont play games like other places, my car was in and out in 24 hours, and im very happy with the work they did.

I have been taking my cars here for many years and have always found the service to be convenient, thorough, and most importantly, honest. In my experience, they don't lie to generate repairs. In fact, they have done just the opposite when they couldn't recreate a problem I thought existed. I wasn't even charged, which is something I didn't expect. Another time, a tire shop told me I needed a new front wheel assembly for $1200. (They just happened to have one and would give me a deal on it.) I asked Asian Imports for a second opinion. They could have said yes and taken my money, but they didn't. The problem still doesn't exist, 3 years later. I feel very comfortable relying on their opinion on what does and doesn't need to be serviced. As a result, my vehicles run great.
