I was very satisfied with the service at Asian Imports Plus. I was blessed to find out about this place. I will definitely bring my vehicle here again. The customer service was excellent from the initial phone call to bring my Toyota for service, through the diagnostic stage, until completion of the repair and pick-up. Erwin and the staff confirmed I made the right choice using Asian Imports Plus. I received detailed information to select what work I needed on my vehicle. Overall, I was very happy with my choice to use this business. I will also recommend them to others.

I am so grateful to have this alternative to the dealership. Asian Imports is an honest and reliable place to have your car serviced. The prices seem fair, and I have no worries as I know the work will be done right. The front desk guy, Erwin is friendly and doesn't put any pressure on you. I needed multiple repairs, and he gave advice on what needs to be done and in what order. Unlike the dealership, never did he make me feel like my car was going to blow up or anything if the repairs weren't done today! Lol I use to have an old Suzuki that they serviced. I got a new Nissan, that I foolishly was taking to the dealership. I made my way back to Asian Imports, and I feel like I am home. I brought my car in for a radiator replacement after breaking down on the interstate. They took it in right as they were closing, and it was done in the afternoon the following day. Very friendly, reasonable price, good service.

Seriously!!!!! I wish I would have found these guys years ago! It would have eliminated a lot of heartache and stress taking my car to a bad mechanic! From now on, I will only take my car there! Nick is amazing with communication and I didn't feel price gouged, or sold on things I didn't need. You won't be disappointed!

My last experience with Asian Imports and my Sienna was way back in 2017. I was surprised by the administrative changes you've made. One thing I really appreciated was that I got an appointment quickly, and when I got there, a bit earlies than scheduled, they immediately went to work on my Sienna and were finished with the A/C inspection and refrigerant addition quicker than I expected. They also did a dye search for leaks and didn't find any, so the depletion of refrigerant in over a decade was probably due to a very slow leak. The system is working fine now. They said if the performance degrades more quickly than another decade, I could bring it back in for another leak check. So, the bottom line is that I was very happy about the way this service was handled. I'm also very happy that Toyota vehicles seem to not need frequent repairs. If the next repair I need is another decade away, like this one was, I'm afraid the Sienna's life will be longer than mine, since I'm 85 years old now.

Once again a very honest review of my 2019 Highlanders brakes. All is well, but the back brakes are getting closer to replacing. This information is vital to my decision to go ahead with selling my car. I will leave this information with the new buyer. The price has been lowered significantly prior to my obtaining this evaluation.

Went to get an oil change and it was fast and cheap! Also they have a rewards system which is just a bonus!
