I've had a bit of a journey with my 2007 GX470. Several other shops had repaired different items but nobody could properly diagnose and eliminate the dash lights from being on and the shifting being wonky. I called these folks and set up an appointment to drop the car off. The first sign of a great shop is great communication, and their communication was fantastic. I got regular text messages updating me on where they were with troubleshooting, estimates for repairs, and then the status. They promptly identified the issues, gave me descriptive and fair estimates for repairs, and the option to easily approve/deny them. Once approved, repairs were executed promptly and I was given regular updates when they'd be done, and they hit those days times. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, the repairs appear effective.
