I initially took my Ford Explorer to the dealership for a diagnostic test, and they quoted me $7,500 in repairs. Unsatisfied, I brought the vehicle to Asia Imports for a second opinion. After performing their own diagnostic test, they identified the real issue and fixed it for $1,400. The original diagnosis from the Ford dealership was incorrect. My car is now running perfectly. The staff were really friendly and clear in their communication when it came to my car's inspection. They have a real easy way to approve repairs and did so quickly! The prices are fair and better than the dealership so that was a positive. I would go back!

Asian Imports solved my problem with my car that other shops couldn't. Their service prices are a bit on the high side, but as long as my issue is fixed, I don't my paying it this time. Jim took the time to explain in detail what the repair process was. Thanks Jim. Only thing I would mention is that if you pay by credit card, there is a 3% surcharge, so I paid cash. I would recommend they accept Zelle as another form of payment. It is free for the business owner and for the customer. Also there is a $75 off coupon over $700 which I've found out after I paid, which was not mentioned to me. But overall, good work by Jim and his crew.

I went in with a thought of what I thought the issue was(Nuetral/Safety Switch) they said they needed to run a full diagnostic test at the cost of $185 which I though was excessive since I told them what to look for. They came back with a laundry list of items adding up to almost $7000 but that the original issue was not the switch but automatic shifter cable they wanted $778 to replace. I did not want a full diagnostic test. So, I walk out being charged $190.50 because I used a debit card and my card was NO closer to being fixed with the overpriced estimates they gave me. I wish I would have read the reviews first NEVER Go back there or refer them to even an enemy. They were very cold and this is the business. I knew I should have walked away. They reached out to me in a very professional manor. And thru our discussing we decided to make the cost more reflective of the service performed and we came to a very good customer and shop agreement that satisfied us both therefore I wanted to update my review to reflect on their professionalism to assure that the customer completely satisfied and its shows the class of the shop to stand behind their work and customers. We agreed that what needed replacing was actually shifter cale and not the neutral safety switch. So be comfortable that they stand behind their assessment of your service.
