The two gentlemen in the front office were awesome of which I can only recall one of their names and it was Nick. As a first time customer I was warmly greeted and immediately afterwards my vehicle was quickly under repair after conveying the issues. Once a diagnosis was completed I was conveniently notified through text what would need to be carried out to remedy the problems. I was given a full breakdown-price included up front. The work done was very rapidly. The technician(s) that completed the repairs put in some really good work. My visit to Asian Import Auto was truly a top shelf experience. I had problems with my brakes initially, I had my brakes replaced for the 3rd time in 18 months, the shop that did the work got me for 1200 to 2000 each time. They had come up with a new plan and it was only going to cost me 2600. Finally went to get a second opinion. Nick gave her a once over and they determined the shop was putting on the wrong parts. I confronted the shop and they had no choice but to rebuild my brakes with OEM parts. Thanks boys for being honest! Then I had a failure with the cars acceleration, they identified the problem immediately and it solved it. PS I did take it to another shop who had a completely different problem they Identified. My business is yours gentleman keep working 💪 with integrity, its rare.

Our AC was blowing hot air and Asian imports staff and mechanics handled it like ultimate professionals, it’s been blowing cold and steady ever since. I fully recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for reliable mechanics and a kind staff.

Nick (front desk technician) was not only professional but also knowledgeable in what was happening with my truck. Thank you guys for running the diagnostic tests and making me aware of the present conditions and of what to expect in the future if left unattended. I had initial concerns about bringing the truck in after reading some of the negative reviews. Im glad I went with my gut feeling and brought her in anyway. Just got done doing a test drive and If I could give you guys more stars, I would. Thank you again and Ill see you in the winter to address the other issues.
