Some reason 5 star would not light up. Service writer Nick is always professional and thorough. I love the text messages with pictures of problems. The estimate is easy to navigate and approve. These guys are my first call.

Every time I bring my truck in it drives better, starts up better, steers better and picks up speed better! Thanks you guys for getting back in shape once again. After sending me the diagnostic information, I really appreciate Nick taking the time to explain what my truck needed immediately and what could wait (not too long) for future repairs. They took my car in for a 2nd opinion and they went above and beyond on the free inspection! I really appreciate a great shop taking a look at my car and throughly inspecting it and not only that but being really honest about it while showing pics as proof. They had fair prices and if i ever need them I'll come back.

Starting with the front office - kudos to Nick; he patiently dealt with my extended warranty vendor (incl 30min wait/on hold) and also well explained the needed repairs. In the garage, the mechanic did great work and also showed and explained the repaired engine part. Great professional service overall and I highly recommend.

Jim gives me future estimate of necessary repaired in order needed with, when asked, hours needed to do said repairs. I can then plan ahead to coordinate rides. Never had to bring car back after a repair, always done right first time. All employees pleasant to deal with.

Love, love ASIAN AUTO. Every one there is wonderful, especially Jim who answers any and all questions no matter how dumb I would think they would be. The mechanics etc are all nicer and do better work than most auto dealerships, who just want to up see you on things you dont need.
