The staff was very professional and upfront. I shopped the estimate they gave me to another mechanic friend I trust and they told me that it was accurate and fair. It’s not fun to have to replace an engine, but they made me feel as comfortable as possible doing so and they had great follow up with a breakdown of the repairs and pictures of the new parts being installed. My Infinity runs the best that it has in years and I would recommend them to anyone!

Wes & his team are punctual, friendly, and professional. I just had my Subaru Crosstrek serviced by them after first taking it to a different shop. I was skeptical about their protocols (overcharging) so I called Wes to see what he could do about my issue. He got straight to the point about what he can help me with at Asian Imports Plus and made me feel like I can trust him with my car. Brought my car over to his shop a day later, and was back to driving it in 48 hours. Reasonably priced and very quick service. Definitely will be coming back next time I need help with my car. 🙏

I had work done by a "Mobile Mechanic" due to horror stories we all hear about shops these days and let me tell you I did not feel comfortable at all with the job once it was completed. I contacted Asian Imports and had an inspection scheduled the following morning. They completed an over all inspection, replaced an axel, and gave me a list of recommended maintenance concerns to address in the future all for a very fair price. Not only did they say the person I used did an okay job, but they did not try to "Upsell" or milk the situation. Everyone and everything was great, this has definitely changed my experience and opinions on shops. Asian Imports has 100% gained my trust and exceeded my expectations. I will be returning to them with any concerns from here on out! Thank you!
