Asian Imports truly deserves your trust. I would not take the time to write this review if they had not earned my genuine respect over time. When they first inspected my 1999 Lexus sport coupe over a year ago, I dreaded the results. Rather than pushing me into any of the obvious labor intensive necessary repairs, Nick very professionally advised me what to prioritize based on safety and the limitations of my wallet. He has a genuine talent for being direct and honest while being friendly, caring, and even a refreshing sense of humor when he gets to know you. Based on the facts alone, their estimates for the cost and time for repair are typically near perfect. Their communication by text and phone is amazingly reliable. In my case, with a 27 year old vehicle, finding parts can potentially be a serious problem. Nick has a knack for researching and finding my best options. I must also extend my true admiration to Travis who clearly is a master of his craft. Talent, honesty and integrity is a gift these days. You will find it here.

Ive been going to Asian Imports Auto for twenty years. They are professional, trustworthy and most of all do excellent work with top notch mechanics. They never try to over sell and they look at & fix exactly what you went in for. They do a thorough inspection and let you know if there are other issues, concerns or things that need to be fixed but let you decide if you want those other things done. They never pressure you. They just give you recommendations on what they saw were or could be problems. They let you know if these things are urgent or not. Last but not least is Wes, the new front desk manager in the last several months of the AIA on Maule St. He is FANTASTIC! I cant say enough good things about him but here are a few. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, if time allows, and patient. He explained everything that needed to be done on my car, what parts were needed and what they did in a very professional manner and didnt dumb it down in a condescending tone because Im a woman like so many other auto places do when speaking to a woman. He was also very patient while going through the list of parts with me so I could do a price comparison with an online parts source that I usually use in order to make my decision about ordering my parts and then bringing them in. My source was a little cheaper for parts but not by a big difference that I couldnt let slide. I figured by the time I add shipping and waiting for days for the parts it wasnt worth it. My car was already there and Wes said it would be done before they closed. AIA will always be my go to for any car issues and my recommendation to friends!
