Did not get any work complete just yet, but called to see if I can get an urgent diagnosis and they were so quick and helpful! They did a free diagnosis with detailed information about all issues on the car with pictures of proof. That is unheard of at auto shops or dealerships! So quick and efficient. Looking forward to bringing my car to this location from now on!

Is there a reading why the catalytic converter and muffler is loud after installation or is it temporary? Service was timely and professional. Technician was cordial and Jim was thorough and precise
