I very much enjoyed meeting the new person at the front desk. He was very personable and helpful. The only issue I had was I had brought in a coupon with multiple offers on it. I paid over the phone so I didn't see the invoice until after I got my car. Upon reviewing the total, I noticed I was given a $7 discount for the oil change instead of the $40 discount for the service. When I called, I received an apology for the mistake and was given options as to how to rectify the situation.

II have been coming to your shop for about 13 yrs. On 8-13-14 I came in for an oil change with Tommy. He worked on all my cars - he checked the car from top to bottom and only found I n. eeded tires. Now on 10-9-14 I came in for an oil change and found all new people. They told me I needed 3 things - I asked how that could be - 2 months I don't trust them - your prices are to high. I've looked around and found even the dealer is cheaper in price. To say I am not a happy person.
