It's nice to walk out of a auto service business and feel like you trust the shop to take care of your vehicle and not just rip you off. Auto repair is such a mystery to most of us typical consumers, we're at the mercy of the shop and it's workers. AIP has never once made my feel like they try to do a repair that isn't necessary or push me into a part or replacement that I honestly shouldn't do to keep my car running as best it can as it ages. Ben and crew make you feel like their on your side and only want to do what's best for you.

I called Asian Imports on one day and they were able to take my car the next morning, analyze the problem, work on it and have it ready for me to pick up later that afternoon. The service was fast and courteous. They pointed out other concerns about my car but did not pressure me to have them fix right at that moment and I appreciate that. I've brought my car here several times and always received good service. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was very impressed with Ben who helped me with my problem. Being a woman, I was not savvy with cars. He explained everything very thoroughly that I actually understood what he said. He even showed me another problem that I was not aware of. They were very professional and efficient. I will now take all my cars to Asian Imports Plus. I will also have my family and friends go there as well. I am so happy I found them.
