Found this place on Yelp. Just needed an oil change, but since I am new to the area, I wasn't sure of where to go. They had coupons on their website and they got good reviews, so I figured it was worth a go. I was able to call on a Friday and get in the next morning (wow!). I expected to wait at least and hour or longer, but when I got there, I was the only one in the waiting room. A man walked in to see if he could get his oil changed on the spot and he was told that they couldn't guarantee that it would be done by the end of the day, and they recommended that he schedule an appointment. Most times they can get you in the next day. I was impressed. Just because I was the only one in the waiting room, didn't mean that they weren't busy. It meant that they didn't double book therefore I only waited 35 minutes before my car was ready!I had forgotten my coupon for oil change and visual brake inspection at home, like a doofus, and they honored the rate anyhow. All said, I only paid $28 and change. I will definitely be going back to these folks in the future! Very impressed.*update: my brakes continued to grind for over a month after I had the brakes looked at. I went back in and was told that they were under 10% or so and they needed to be done. I was not pleased that the last person to look at them there said that they were fine and had a lot of pad to go. I have no idea who supposedly looked at them the first time, but for whatever it was worth, I felt a little vindicated that I knew what I knew what the heck I was talking about, but more annoyed by the fact that my brakes should have had attention a month prior (not to mention the safety issue). In the end, I had the brakes done and the rotors replaced that weekend. I believed then when they told me that the rotors were too worn down to be machined (my car is older). They did a nice job and were very nice. I hope in the future to continue to have good service. They seem to be a good place with the exception of the one tech poo-pooing me when I said I had a possible brake issue. I may be female, but I've owned enough older cars with the usual issues to know what the hell they present like. Listen to your customers.
