We came in for an oil change/service and a brake and schock check. When that was completed we were told the notes from our previous visit indicated that our 90,000 mile check was due. We could have it done right then and the already do e work would be included in the charge. Or we could come back another day and what we already had done would be a separate charge. When asked how long it would take we were told about 2 hours. Since we live 20 miles away, we decided to wait. Four and a half hour s later we were finally able to leave. The mechanic fessed up when he finished with the car. The spark plugs they had in stock were the wrong ones and someone had to go get the right ones. Am not sure why in the interim the tires weren't rotated because after all else was done at 5:30 we had to wait for that to be completed. We probably could have gotten out of there a half hour earlier. They do a great job and are a friendly crew but I would consider timing of my visit better next time.
Glad we were able to get that service done same day. I know the wait seemed long but better then having to make a second trip another day. We were also able to confirm there was nothing wrong with those shocks which was good news for you. Sorry the spark plugs arrived incorrect and you had to wait a bit longer. We always do our best to get your vehicle completed in a timely fashion but some things we cant control. We really appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you again.
