Great experience. The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent price for my required service. I contacted them by phone 5 minutes before they open for business and they answered! I showed up 20 minutes later to have my car checked-out and they got to it right away, even while continuing to service two other vehicles that they were taking care of when I got there. They diagnosed the problem, and I am very pleased with their work. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing automotive service. I took in a 2007 BMW. They can handle any vehicle. Excellent location for me, a block south of the 215 at Jones and Maule. Thanks again Ben!

Your loyalty program-good idea, but sending me a $$ off coupon when I've just finished a service and when the coupon expires WAY before I'd need another service is frustrating and pointless, not an incentive. I mean, "Gee, why don't I get an oil change I don't need." See what I mean?

Good point. The loyalty program is designed to reward you with a discount towards future services based on your spending today. Please save the reward certificate even after it has expired and we will honor it on your very next visit. We absolutely want you to be able to take advantage of the rewards you have earned! Great service. Would like to get more "discount" coupons, however. Especially, as we are "retired" and on social security.
