II have been coming to your shop for about 13 yrs. On 8-13-14 I came in for an oil change with Tommy. He worked on all my cars - he checked the car from top to bottom and only found I n. eeded tires. Now on 10-9-14 I came in for an oil change and found all new people. They told me I needed 3 things - I asked how that could be - 2 months I don't trust them - your prices are to high. I've looked around and found even the dealer is cheaper in price. To say I am not a happy person.

Work done on my Toyota Tacoma Rear driveline was well done. I did have the feeling that I might have been able to "nurse the truck" along for awhile longer before having the replacement carried out, but went along with the recommendation for immediate repair made by the technician just to be sure. :) Sometimes is it better to be safe than sorry.Thanks.

It is always best to take care of a problem with your vehicle before it escalates into something more costly. Sometimes we don't realize how much we use our vehicle and how dependent we are on them. That's why we stress keeping them in proper working order at all times. Nobody wants to be left stuck on the side of the road.

Would like to have my tires checked on a regular basis after an oil change.

Thanks for the feedback! You should know, we always check the tire pressures and condition of the tires during an oil change. You don't even have to ask us to. It is part of the service and it is shown on your invoice as well. We've got your back! Thanks for the positive review and for all your business over the years!
