Always do a great job. I take two of my 3 cars there for service and recommend to others to do the same. The 3rd car is till under warranty but once the warranty is, that vehicle will also be going there for service.

Extensive and expensive service was required (120,000 mile interval service). The process was explained in detail, and there were no surprises at the time of billing. As always, the staff at Asian Imports provide excellent service in a timely manner at a cost considerably lower than a Toyota dealership. Never any arm-twisting or upselling unnecessary services.

Service providers are polite and forthcoming with cost estimates and estimated time. Appointments are accurate and you don't have to wait to be helped. Also like that they provide reminders about upcoming appointments periodically to make sure you remember to bring the car in!Most importantly, work done is usually excellent.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The service advisor and technician were very helpful. They were nice enough to give me a ride home and pick me up on the next day when my vehicle was ready. My van also needed a smog and they were nice enough to have that done for me as well, which was very convenient for me. I'm happy with the repairs as well as the level of customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer for future maintenance and repairs.

Once again, I was provided VIP service when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. I had multiple issues with my vehicle and they were all addressed in a timely manner.

I only take my cars here for any work. Great results, and great customer service.
