Las Vegas Auto Repair

We've been satisfied customers of Asian Imports for 10 years and through three cars. We own a Subaru. Subie owners tend to be very possessive and protective of their cars. We certainly are. If we had any doubts about our auto repair and maintenance service, we would be gone in a flash, yet here we still are, 10 years and going strong. Recently we had to have the AC blower repaired on a road trip (which our Subaru does a lot of, road trips, not emergency repairs) and when we returned, we asked Asian to validate that the repair had been done correctly. The office people are professional and efficient. Everyone is friendly and goes out of the way to be helpful. We totally trust Asian Motors.

Asian Imports is always timely and they explain what needs to be fixed versus what needs to be watched.

I've been taking my Acura and Maxima to Asian Imports for years. I can say with all honesty that their work is always top notch and they are extremely friendly. The don't necessarily have the lowest prices in town. But if you want work done right and on time, Asian Imports is the place to go.

Maybe it's just me. I have been coming to the summerlin location since they opened. I really like the owner and his workers who do excellent work. My only quibble is the way they tell you at the completion of your repairs is what else is wrong with your car, from a faulty light bulb to a possible start of a part going bad. This is a not-so-subtle way of upselling. I realize this location is in an affluent area where it's presumed that everyone has money. Well I don't. this upselling then puts me in the embarrassing position of explaining that I do not have the money to attend to all my car's needs and could you please just fix what I came in for. Sometimes this can be overwhelming and I do not want to have bad feelings towards anyone who works there. I will still use this location for all my car's needs and recommend this place to everyone.
