Long story short: Absolutely perfect customer service.My family was driving our Subaru on a vacation to Vegas from San Diego when the car died about an hour south of Vegas. We got towed in after hours, and dropped our keys through the door. Jim got back to us first thing in the morning with the bad news that our car's engine was toast... Now our family was stranded at the hotel...Bad news, right?...Jim and his team were accessible, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process of deciding what to do with our car. They gave us honest advice, timely responses, and ultimately helped us resolve our problem as best we could.For this out-of-towner, I could not have imagined better service to help resolve an unfortunate situation. If you are a local to Vegas, or your car has trouble on your visit, this is the place to go.

Asian Imports were friendly, professional and knowledgeable regarding many car manufacturers. I brought my jeep cherokee for a gas line puncture, they gave me honest advice and a fair price. Their mechanic did a quick, clean job and had me out in no time. I would highly recommend this shop!

Front office staff is excellent. Very accommodating and hospitable. This is my first time bringing my car in for an oil change, and it was completed by a technician within 40 mins. I didn't talk to the technician (the front office staff told me) that everything checked out well with my car.

Keith and his team are outstanding. They effectively blend a combination of knowledge, helpfulness and neighbor-like friendliness. Going way above and beyond even the highest expectations is just another day for them.They have worked on multiple vehicles for me over the years and I continue to enthusiastically recommend them; and I don't recommend lightly. Communication with their customers is 1st rate and time frames are honestly and accurately stated. At the end of the day, you cannot ask for more from your neighborhood auto mechanic. Locally owned and operated is a big plus, at least for me, in a world of corporately owned and bottom line driven entities. All of this, and much more all boil down to a comfort and trust level that you cannot put a price on. My most recent visit to Asian Imports was, of course, another very positive experience. Once again, Keith and his team went above and beyond. I know for sure that I'm not alone in these opinions as each time I have needed service, other customers there share my sentiments shared here.
