It's very simple, really; this is one of the last businesses in Las Vegas that understands the fair trade. They figure out what your vehicle needs, they tell you what it will probably cost, they get it right, and you pay them. Since automobiles can be extremely complex and occasionally surprise you with hidden problems (especially old cars like mine), you may need more work done to complete the job. That's real.This business is interested in getting it right because they still have a classic interest in what they do. They're experts, but still stiudying. Rare indeed. They did work on my car that didn't even need to be addressed during the last job, and it was originally a big job. That's the way things used to be with most businesses. Hats off to Asian imports.

I am very comfortable taking my car here. I feel this is an honest shop and I trust they are telling me the truth. This is a shop I would recommend to anyone. The are reasonable in their pricing and the staff is wonderful!

Jericho is Amazing! He was very caring and friendly from my first interaction with him over the phone to when I dropped it off. He kept me in the loop as he proceeded through the process and even let me know what needed to be done at the dealership instead of charging me for things they tried to do to fix the problem when they knew they couldn't. When I picked the car he went over everything he'd done with me thoroughly. I've worked for the largest insurance company for almost 29 yrs and in the body and fender business for almost 35 so I know quality customer service and he's it. I am going to the dealer for the things they have to do but for everything else Asian imports and Jericho will have my business. He epitomizes the example of customer service that you'd get from a luxury car dealership like Lexus where I have to go GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

Excellent they redid the whole motor few people pour money into an old car, but in my case it was worth it, my Honda Accord 1997, 100 thousand miles, and ready for another 100,My car is a 6 cylinder, those are nice and more important I have a good rapport with them and I know they can help me in case of anything and also stand behind their work.They got my radio to work and even washed it.5 stars.

Customer service was excellent, call back on estimate was prompt and complete as was call back when additional issues were noted. Repairs and service were completed in the time frame estimated. Very accommodating, will recommend to friends.
