Maybe it's just me. I have been coming to the summerlin location since they opened. I really like the owner and his workers who do excellent work. My only quibble is the way they tell you at the completion of your repairs is what else is wrong with your car, from a faulty light bulb to a possible start of a part going bad. This is a not-so-subtle way of upselling. I realize this location is in an affluent area where it's presumed that everyone has money. Well I don't. this upselling then puts me in the embarrassing position of explaining that I do not have the money to attend to all my car's needs and could you please just fix what I came in for. Sometimes this can be overwhelming and I do not want to have bad feelings towards anyone who works there. I will still use this location for all my car's needs and recommend this place to everyone.

Part of that service involves letting you know what needs attention on your vehicle. It would be irresponsible of us to not perform a thorough inspection and identify items that are needed. If you had a component that was failing and we didn't notify you of it, you would think we were incompetent. There is never any pressure to make repairs and we always prioritize items so that you can budget for them in the future. Most clients appreciate that part of our service. Your financial situation never is a factor in our inspection process, we can only present the facts and allow you to make your own decisions.
