My 2003 Toyota Tundra was completely inoperable and needed to be towed to Asian Imports. That was on a Friday. On Monday, the truck was running perfectly and was road ready! Ben was great and called me with several updates during the repairs. Friendly staff and no unnecessary charges. The truck is now safe and dependable for my new teenage driver. Thank you! I was referred to Asian Imports by a family member who was fed up with Firestone. I was a Firestone customer for almost 5 years, and was receiving poor service from them. Last service was an appointment I made for tire balancing. I was there for one hour and 12 minutes before my car was taken back to be looked at. My appointment time ran over 2 1/2 hours with them finding nothing. I took my car to Asian Imports to have a second opinion for all the cabin noice and vibrations while driving, I had several safety issues that needed to be addressed for my car regarding the noise and ride, yet Firestone sent me home with the diagnosis of, “we couldn’t find anything, come back if the noice and vibrations continue.” Which of course I drove off and my car sounded exactly the same as when I showed up for my appointment. So frustrating! Asian Imports not only addressed the issues with my car, they alerted me on other things that in the future should be done to maintain my car for preventative measures. Cathy in the front office was wonderful and broke down each individual thing making it easy to understand for a non-car thingy kinda person. I will be back for future car needs and I will make sure to recommend these kind folks to my friends. Thanks again for all your help!
