I have been taking my car to Asian Imports for awhile now. They are always professional and get my car back to me when they say they will, and at the price quoted. I also appreciate that, as a girl who does not understand car stuff, they do not try to upsell me things not needed. I really appreciate Kathy, who has always been helpful. They also offer to run me to work, if I don't want to wait for my car. .

Kathy is at the front desk and is wonderfully personable. The mechanics are very patient and willing to explain the issues. My family has been going to AM for over a decade. They are honest and helpful and I trust them.

I trust Asian Imports implicitly. They are superbly staffed and hold the highest credentials in automobile service. I'm an old certified mechanic myself from the 1970's. But cars have changed ...and my 40+ year knowledge is useless today without the knowledge and instrumentation held by modern mechanics. Asian Imports is as honest as can be and discusses every issue thoroughly prior to gaining approval to proceed. Toyota Service is always expensive and they always try to sell me a new car, one part at a time. Asian Imports has never tried that with me. I have been using them since about 2014.
