Very knowledge and friendly. This time I only went in for an oil change. Before I had brought in my car for a brake service. They noticed some other problems and told me to call Honda first to see if it was covered under warranty. I feel if it were some where else they would have pushed me to fix it before checking my warranty.

First visit to Asian Imports and was very impressed by not only the service received on our vehicle, but the customer service itself, along with a clean facility and friendly staff. We just needed a simple air filter install, the work was done it no time. You could tell by the interaction with other customers that this is a business with much repeat clients as the staff knew clients by name and the cars they had in service previously. We will certainly return to Asian Imports for any future work on our Mercedes...much better than a dealership.

Jim made the appointment for me and Kathy greeted me and explained very well what had been done when I picked up the car. She had taken my cell phone number to text me because I told her that I would be in a movie while my Prius was in the shop. She alerted me to the bubble on my tire and to let Big O know. The tires are from 2008 so they need to be replaced. New tires are on order at Big O.

Got a routine oil change. Truck was done when promised. Everyone there is really nice. I just wish they didn't move my seat!
