Asian Imports has been servicing my vehicles for several years. In all this time I have never had an issue with them regarding service, schedules, quality, or pricing. They have always met their repair and service committed schedules. All service and price expectations are identified at vehicle drop off. They immediately contact if there are additional repair options and pricing after initial diagnosis. I have never had to return following a repair because the car didn't function properly. They suggest repairs that should be done but never pressure to do them. Anytime they strongly recommend a service or repair, I feel confident that it is most needed for vehicle safety. Bottom line I feel Asian Imports is a very reputable and honorable business that has been extremely easy to work with. Their facility is very clean, and the work of their mechanics is of the highest quality, They have always answered any repair questions that I have asked and have provided suggestions and options for maintaining my vehicles. Documentation is always provided for work performed and repair recommendations. Overall I unequivocally give them my strongest and most positive recommendation, and it has been a pleasure giving them my auto repair and servicing business.

I took my 2014 CRV to the Henderson location yesterday after my appointment with yourmechanic.com left me high and dry. They were able to fix my corroded battery terminals & helped me when I was left a mess after the other car repair company. I was in and out in an hour and am so appreciative that they took me as a walk in with everything that's going on in the world. Kathy at the front desk, I want to give a big thank you to her for making me feel comfortable & safe...as a young lady in her 20's walking into a car repair shop by myself is very intimidating & I'm always afraid they're going to try and shove all this "extra work" that needs to be done to my car in my face or try to pressure me like the Dealership does. They are very trustworthy & I can 100% say that after today I just became a life long customer & plan on brining my family here & recommending them whenever needed.

Walking in I was greeted by the receptionist Kathy whom was very friendly an very knowledgeable! The office was clean an most of all cool I was informed of all work that was being done an in an out within a very short time frame !! I will definitely be going back!

Kathy at front desk was amazing. I was passing through NV for work and realized I should get my oil changed. Walked in no appointment, technician and Kathy were very friendly, free water bottles, had me out within 20 mins, still cheaper than dealer wanted! Highly recommend!! If I lived here in the area I would definitely go here for maintenance!
