Personable staff, comfortable waiting room with refreshments, staff does seem to care about your car. I have been coming here for 15 years because mainly because they are very honest regarding necessary repairs.

My car broke down and I was forced to call AAA. I honestly didn't have a mechanic or recommendation for one, so I literally brought my car to the closest well rated AAA authorized repair shop. What an amazing find! Customer service was stellar. I got phone calls every time there was an update. Everything was explained to me in simple terms and no one tried to sell me on something more than the immediate issue. I was so lucky to still have the extended warranty on my vehicle, but what made this even better was that the shop handled EVERYTHING. They called the warranty company, they arranged the rental car, they dealt with the payments. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a need to have their car maintained or repaired.
