I've brought our Lexus here twice now. They have a really nice modern facility and the mechanics are very experienced here. The front desk (Sean) is knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction. Both repairs were rather major, but I am impressed by the work done so far. This could be the new home for our Lexus. Also, during a 3rd service (Oil change) they actually did a full vehicle evaluation for us and pointed out possible issues, just like the dealership does for you. I will mention that this is the most expensive service and repair shop that we have ever used (in my 45 years of driving), including dealerships.

I moved to Henderson some time ago from Southern California. I own a 2005 Prius which suddenly started showing alarm lights. I took it to Asian Imports Auto in Henderson. The Manager Sean McEarnest was very professional and helpful. He had diagnostic tests done on the car and fixed the problem at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the service and will be using Asian Imports Auto in Henderson to service my car in the future.

Complaint: Brakes pulling to the right. Intermittent and sometimes quite hard right and not considered safe.. I requested inspection/estimate of cause. Findings showed the cause was an item that was recalled by the mfg. I was advised to take car to dealer for inspection and correction.
