Very amiable, and accommodating to scheduling appointments. Service was fantastic with the diagnostic being informative, not excessive. Jim is a stand up guy, web service was very nice too.

I was skeptical finding a trustworthy mechanic. My friend referred me to Jim he was very professional , helpful and thorough with my car issues. service was on point and prompt. great follow ups and he did not pressure me to pay on other secondary services to my car as. my priority was to replace the radiator leak. he was able to work with me …thank you
