This place is amazing! Kathy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent customer service. The owner & mechanics all are highly trained and my IS 250 rides like a brand new car!!

Asian Imports Plus took great care of my vehicle. Irwin was very communicative throughout the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Irwin made me aware of additional services my vehicle may be due for but never one did I feel pressured to purchase. My vehicle was repaired promptly and I was able to safely get back on the road in a timely fashion. The shop is clean, the AIP team is wonderful and this is a AAA certified repair shop. I would absolutely trust my vehicle with AIP in the future.

Still the best, I can count on this business to do things right or even re-work something they think could be done better. Though I may have to get work done during my travels elsewhere because I worry about my old vehicles surprising me (you can’t predict some problems on the old stuff), I still rather go to Asian imports every time if I could. A rare find in this city.
