I chose Asian Imports for my Toyota Camry which is 13 yrs old and I want good quality parts so this car will last as long as possible. The prices are a bit higher than the average car guy. What I got was good service, professionalism and direct information on my car. I came in for an oil change, and they suggested a transmission flush and rear brake pad work. I chose the flush and oil change. Looking at my previous receipts I know my rear brakes are due in time. I want honesty going forward and experience in repairing my car for its longevity as this was my first visit, quality and value and experience is what I’ll be looking for each time. Looking at my previous Receipts, I can see Asian Imports are not just making up repairs.

I own 3 Honda's, and usually take my cars to the dealership. I decided to give Asian Imports a try because of their Yelp reviews. My son's 2007 Civic continues to have issues, and I had to have it towed to Asian Imports last week. I called in advance, spoke to Ben, to let him know it was arriving. He called when it arrived. He called with the repair costs and a breakdown on what was required versus recommended. Finally, Ben told me it would be ready in a few hours, the same day it arrived. As a customer, and female, I would recommend Asian Imports. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, and more importantly, I appreciated all of the communication.
