We are excited to announce the November 2019 grand opening of our newest facility! We have been working diligently, for the past two years, to bring our services to the Southeast part of town and construction is quickly coming to an end. The new Asian Imports Auto is located at 1025 American Pacific Drive at the corner of Gibson Road, just diagonally across the road from the Valley Auto Mall. Our Henderson clients have been requesting we move closer to them to and now we have. This convenient location will serve all communities of Henderson including Anthem, Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, Lake Las Vegas, Macdonald Highlands, McCullough Hills, Mission Hills, Paradise Hills, Seven Hills, Silverado Ranch, Westgate, Whitney Ranch, and many more. Remember when you were a teenager and learning how to drive? Do you remember receiving your driver’s license from the local Department of Motor Vehicles? How about that first drive with nobody else in the vehicle? Sure, it was probably a long time ago, but for most of us it was a major milestone in our lives. For me there was a tremendous feeling of excitement and freedom that came with being able to drive on my own. The responsibility that came with driving really didn’t surface until much later. Now as a parent with teenage drivers, my attention had been focused on the responsibilities of my children, and as a parent to keep them and everyone around them out of danger. The first step was to get them the proper training for on and off the road. We have all experienced that feeling of cruising down the road, sun shining, wind blowing, listening to your favorite music and out of nowhere…that ugly red or yellow warning indicator pops up on your dashboard. You’ve got a problem! What do you do next? That all depends on what you see. The first thing you should do is identify the color and type of malfunction indicator or MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light). There are multiple MIL’s and these lights come on for various reasons and are specific to a system of the car. Take note if you hear, see, smell or feel anything abnormal about your vehicle’s operation. Warning lights will usually fit into one of two categories. If the light is RED, this is serious.
